Zedra: Launching Scalable CSRD Reporting

Zedra is a global provider of active wealth, corporate, and fund solutions, with over 1,000 professionals across 16 jurisdictions. The company serves high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, and businesses with a strong focus on supporting complex cross-border needs. With a commitment to being proactive, reliable, and human in its approach, Zedra helps clients navigate everything from wealth structuring to fund administration.

As part of its mission to stay ahead of market trends and deliver value-added services, Zedra identified sustainability reporting—particularly aligned with the European Union’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)—as an emerging client need it was well-positioned to address.

Building in a Capability Gap

Zedra recognized the growing importance of ESG and sustainability reporting, especially as the CSRD approached implementation. Many of its clients were beginning to ask questions—and expect guidance—on what the new requirements would mean for them.

Yet Zedra faced a familiar challenge: it lacked in-house sustainability specialists to shape, sell, and deliver a credible service offering in this space. The company needed a partner who could bring deep domain expertise while collaborating seamlessly with its internal teams to co-create something tailored, practical, and scalable.

Co-Creating for Scalability

PPWA partnered with Zedra to co-design a two-tiered CSRD reporting service that could meet clients wherever they were in their ESG journey—whether just starting to explore reporting requirements or needing robust support to prepare disclosures.

Together, we:

  • Defined the Offering: Created a phased service structure including a CSRD Gap Assessment for early-stage clients and a comprehensive Reporting Support package for those closer to disclosure.

  • Equipped the Team: Developed marketing materials, GTM strategy, and sales enablement assets to ensure Zedra’s teams could confidently introduce and explain the offer.

  • Laid the Groundwork for Scale: Built an operational model that worked first in the Dutch market, with flexibility to expand globally.

Launching with Confidence

Zedra successfully launched its CSRD offering in the Netherlands and quickly expanded it across its broader markets. Within weeks, Zedra was confidently engaging clients on sustainability reporting—with internal teams trained, materials in hand, and the backing of a trusted sustainability partner.

The collaboration helped Zedra:

  • Introduce a credible, compliant ESG reporting service in record time

  • Position itself as a proactive advisor in the face of regulatory change

  • Capture new business while deepening existing client relationships

Ongoing Relationship

We continue to support Zedra in working with developing and nurturing new leads, pitching opportunities and helping the team convert prospects as CSRD reporting requirements become more concrete on the horizon.
